Shipping Prices
  • Orders up to £40 - £4.99 p&p
  • Orders £40 - £100 - £7.99 p&p
  • Orders over £100 - £9.99 p&p

  • I aim to ship out your chosen item/s within 1-2 working days of ordering. Depending on the size of your order I use Royal Mail or a courier and send a confirmation email when they have been dispatched.

  • Commission items are an exception and, depending on the size of the order can take up to 4 weeks before dispatch. I will provide progress updates through to completion of the order.

  • UK mainland parcels should be with you within 3-5 working days from date of postage. However, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the chosen service provider.​

  • There is a free click and collect option at checkout if you live locally.

  • Please ensure accurate address details are provided as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect/incomplete postal addresses.

Returns

I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery in the first instance. Items to be sent back to me within 21 days of delivery in original condition and suitably packaged. Once I have received the item/s back in original condition I will process your refund or exchange for the item/s (not including postage costs unless the reason for return is due to my fault).

​Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

​Cancellation: Please request a cancellation before the item has been dispatched to you. I will then be able to process a refund (potentially minus shipping fees if postage has already been purchased by myself.)

​The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Commissions or personalised orders.
